SBCC understands just how important it is for people to get exercise for their physical and mental well-being. SBCC believes that low-income communities are entitled to access to wellness activities. Consequently, SBCC offers free yoga, Zumba, dance and fitness classes in-person and on our virtual platforms.
SBCC provides yoga, Zumba, dance, and fitness classes to the community in order to help improve physical wellness and vitality through practices proven to improve body, mind and spirit. (SBCC YOGA is also a community building activity offered at the iHeart community garden every Saturday).

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is a fun and easy fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is not only great for the body, but also for the mind.
